Since opening our doors in 2019, we've received several questions from our wonderful customers about our services. Below is a comprehensive list of answers to the most frequently asked questions. Q: How does the ordering process work?

A: We designed the ordering process to be completed in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Select your preferred framing service and place your order.
Step 2: Send your jersey, art, or items to us via mail.
Step 3: Within 10 business days of us receiving your shipment, we will complete your design and have it delivered to your doorstep!

Q: My mail carrier is saying you have a different address. Is this correct?

A: Our HQ is on the intersection of two roads. Sometimes mail carriers suggest you change our address to 15W700 N. Frontage Road, Suite 115, Burr Ridge, Illinois 60527. Yes! This is also a correct address to ship your jersey or items to!

Q: I want to have a jersey framed for a college team that is not listed in the "College Sports" dropdown. How do I select a different school's colors?

A: Great question! We came prepared for this! Simply choose "Other Team" from the dropdown. Upon doing so, you can select from our array of color options and upload your preferred logo. However, please note: Because it is a one-off logo print, there is an additional service charge of $10 to print and format the unique logo into the frame.

Q: I am asked to upload my team's logo. What size should the image be?

A: We need the image to be, at least, 1500x3000 pixels. We also need it to be in either JPG or PNG format. You can check the image's pixel size by right clicking the image and then clicking on "Properties" from the list of options.

Q: How do I make sure you receive my jersey, photo, or item safely?

A: We strongly recommend you add tracking to your package when shipping to our Burr Ridge, Illinois headquarters. That way, you can monitor your package as it makes its way to our storefront. Also, if you are shipping a valuable item (such as an autographed jersey, we encourage you to add insurance to the package in case the carrier loses the box in transit.

Q: What carrier can I use to ship the my items to you?

A: We accept deliveries from all major carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Q: What if my frame arrives damaged, due to the carrier?

A: If your frame arrives with shattered or cracked glass or if any part of the frame has a dent, let us know! We will work with you to make it right!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Given the nature of our business, we do not offer a return policy. All framed designs are final. But don't worry, we do great work. You're going to love it!

Q: How soon can I expect for my item to be delivered to my home?

A: The second your items are delivered to our headquarters, we will go to work on designing your frame. Your finished, framed design will be delivered to your home within 10 business days of it arriving at our headquarters (so long as you live in the Continental USA). If you are outside of the Continental USA, please allow an additional 10 business days to either make it through customs or to make the long trek to Hawaii/Alaska.
